This is different from our individual plans. You sign once, and we handle every home on pickup day at a lower per-home price. Every bin goes out on time and comes back in.
Your first two pickups are free. We service your whole community at no cost, so your board and residents can see it working on their own street before you sign anything.

Do I need to be home?
No. Leave your bins outside where they normally sit, and we take it from there.
Do you take my trash away?
No. Your hauler still empties the bins like always. We just move them to the curb and back.
Is recycling included?
Yes. Your trash and recycling bins are both included. Each extra bin is $5 a month.
Where do you put the bins back?
Wherever you tell us when you sign up, like beside the garage or the side of the house. We don't go inside garages.
What if my pickup day changes?
We follow your hauler's schedule, including holiday delays. If anything changes, text us and we'll adjust.
Do you come in rain and snow?
Yes. Trash day still happens, so we still show up.
What if I'm away?
Text or call us to pause for a week or until a date you pick. We'll text you the day before it starts again.
What if something gets missed?
Call or text us and we'll make it right.
How do I pay?
Card or bank autopay, charged at the start of each month. Bank autopay saves you $2 a month.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Every plan is month to month.
Can I cancel?
